New Client Contract:
Before we get started, it’s important to have the right agreements in place.

Consent:

I request that Leonie Bonney perform the service of Health Consultation and Coaching, and set up a program for the purpose of enhancing health and improving wellbeing.

Disclosure:

I understand that Leonie Bonney has received her certification in Regenerative Detoxification, and Clinical Iridology from The International School of Detoxification, and that she has spent 5 years working with health clients. She has also taken further courses with many leaders in the field of Fasting and Naturopathy.

Disclaimer:

I understand that Leonie Bonney is not licensed to practice medicine of any kind. I understand that Regenerative Detoxification and Iridology are not intended as diagnosis, treatment, prescription or cure for any condition, mental or physical, and that it is not a substitute for regular medical care.


Coaching Contract:

Purpose of this Agreement:
1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a collaborative and purpose-driven relationship between the Coach and the Client. It’s primary objective is to provide coaching services geared towards the Client’s enhancement of health and wellbeing.

2. Client Commitment:
2.1 The Client enters into this Agreement with the full understanding that they are solely responsible for creating their own results. The Client understands that failure to meet their goals (in whole or part) cannot be guaranteed and no warranties are given.
2.2 The Client is aware that coaching is not psychotherapy, or any other form of mental health care treatment, nor is it medical care or medical advice.
2.3 The Client is aware that the agenda of each Session belongs to them. If the session is not heading in the direction the Client would like, or if the Coach ever says anything that makes Them feel uncomfortable, it is their responsibility to let the Coach know immediately.
2.4 The Client agrees that they are not currently suffering from or in treatment for an eating disorder or any food related mental health conditions. Should an eating disorder or food related mental health condition arise, the Client agrees to seek professional psychological support and seek a medical professional.

3. Ethics and Confidentiality:
3.1 Any notes the Coach makes during the Session or about the Client are kept confidential.
3.2 The Coach will not use or disclose the information the Client shares, except as authorised by the Client, or as required by law.
3.3 The Client understands that on occasion the Coach may anonymously share generalised information for training or consultation purposes with other professionals

4. Administration:
4.1 The Session may be refused if payment has not been made as required by this Agreement.
4.2 Where it is necessary for either You or the Coach to reschedule a Session this will be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled Session.
4.3 You will be charged for missed Sessions which are not rescheduled in accordance with this agreement, except in exceptional circumstances (at the Coach’s discretion).
4.4 If you are late to a Session, the Session will complete at the scheduled time. 5. Termination:

5.1 You or the Coach may cancel this Agreement (by email, message or phone call), giving at least 7 days notice. In the event that you owe money to the Coach at the time of cancellation, full payment will become due at the time of cancellation.
5.2 In the unlikely event that this Agreement is cancelled before all the Sessions You have paid for have been provided, the Coach will refund you any sessions you have paid for but which the Coach has not provided.

6. General:
6.1 In the event of You feeling mental, physical or emotional distress (or related ailment or condition) which You believe to be related either directly or indirectly to the coaching Sessions You will not hold the Coach liable for any loss or cost incurred by You (or any person related to you). You will indemnify the Coach in the event of such a claim.
6.2 Except as expressly set out in this Agreement, the Coach will have no liability to You. This Agreement reflects the entire agreement and understanding between You and the Company regarding the matters in this Agreement.

The Client will have access to the educational content of Purify as long as the Coach keeps their Thrivecart business account.
